Ingredients:
1 medium sized potato
2 – 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
150 ml vegetable oil
¾ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder or freshened minced garlic
Preparation:
- Peel potato and steam in microwave or regular oven till tender and cut in small pieces
- Put potato and remaining ingredients except oil into blender and grate ( or medium speed)
- Pour oil in a steady stream from the opening slowly till the mixture is thick and creamy. This sauce can be served with all types of meat and works even greater with fried or grilled chicken
